The Tote Tracking System (TTS) is a purpose-built platform for any warehouse, fulfillment center, or manufacturing facility that runs a conveyance system. TTS attaches to a tote the moment an order is created and a barcode is assigned, then tracks that tote in real time across every scanner, divert, merge, and workstation along the conveyor — closing the visibility gap that exists between scans in nearly every modern operation.
TTS is being developed deliberately over a three-year program. Rather than rushing a half-finished product to market, Winglet is anchoring the build in real warehouse environments from day one, so what ships at the end of the program reflects how warehouses actually operate.
A disciplined, phased program from July 2026 through December 2029.
Jul 2026 – Jun 2027
Customer discovery, on-site warehouse visits, conveyance observation, requirements definition, architecture design, and exploratory development. Year One ends with a validated design and a clear engineering blueprint.
Jul 2027 – Jun 2028
Core platform build: order-to-tote linkage, scanner and conveyor integration, the live dashboard, exception handling, and audit trail. Customer demos run in parallel; CI/CD and structured QA become standard practice.
Jul 2028 – Dec 2029
Extended testing, CI/CD maturity, and live deployment with anchor customers. Real-world operation under real conveyor load is the final validation, with lessons feeding back before each new site goes online.

TTS is being built on a PostgreSQL, Express, React, and Node.js stack deployed on Ubuntu Server. It installs directly on the customer's hardware inside the customer's private network — no cloud dependency, no Docker requirement, and no specialized DevOps tooling needed to operate it.
On-site engineers will be able to install, update, and support the system using a service-style installer designed for the way warehouse IT teams actually work, including sites that explicitly forbid cloud connectivity for production systems.
Winglet is actively seeking design partners and pilot warehouses for Year One interviews and site visits, and anchor customers for Year Three live deployment. Partners gain early influence over the product roadmap, preferred deployment terms, and direct access to Winglet's engineering team throughout the program.
