Every project starts with a conversation. You get a written proposal with fixed pricing and a clear timeline — no hourly estimates that balloon, no vague retainers, no surprise invoices. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before work begins.

The best place to start if you know something's slowing your business down but aren't sure what to do about it. Walk through your current tools, workflows, and bottlenecks — and leave with a written report, prioritized recommendations, and a clear quote for any work suggested.
If you move forward with a project within 30 days, the full $750 is credited toward it.
Consulting
Technical strategy, architecture decisions, vendor evaluations, code reviews, and acting as a sounding board for non-technical founders. Billed in 30-minute increments — no minimums or retainers required.

Deployed, documented, and yours. No lock-in — everything is handed over so you can run it, maintain it, or take it to another developer.
